Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at various locations in the Cities of Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Chesapeake, starting at 6 p.m. with dinner. Legal educational programs and speakers are provided at all regular meetings starting at approximately 7 p.m.

Programs throughout the year include: Day-In-Court, Membership Drive, Summer Social, December Holiday Event, and April is our installation of officers.

NPALSA awards annually a $250 scholarship to one individual who will be furthering their education in the legal field.

NPALSA participates in community service projects throughout the year to include: Care packages to our military overseas; volunteering our time at the Southeastern Food Bank; and food baskets/cleaning supplies for The Dwelling Place.
