Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at
various locations in the Cities of Norfolk, Portsmouth, and
Chesapeake, starting at 6 p.m. Legal educational programs
and speakers are provided at all meetings.
September is our Annual Membership Drive, October is our
Annual Day-in-Court Program, and December is our Annual
Holiday Meeting.
NPALSA awards annually a $250 scholarship to one individual
who will be furthering their education in the legal field.
